AJAY K. MASIH

Physician

Dr. Ajay K. Masih graduated from the University of California Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. He received his medical degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. He completed a transitional internship at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, San Jose, California. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation through Northwestern University Medical School at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, which is the top-ranked Rehabilitation Hospital as ranked by USA Today. He has completed fellowship training in Spine, Sports, and Occupational Medicine at Buffalo Spine and Sports Medicine in Buffalo, New York. As part of his fellowship, he has received training in interventional spine procedures, in electrodiagnostic procedures, and in manual medicine techniques.
He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPM&R) and the North American Spine Society (NASS).
When he isn't with patients, Dr. Masih enjoys spending time with family. He is active in sports including tennis, snow skiing, and golf.

ANGELA SURAWEERA

Office Manager

Angela Suraweera graduated from California State University San Marcos with a Communications degree. She received her MBA from Point Loma Nazarene University. 
Her responsibilities are billing and overseeing the daily operations. 
When she is not at work, Angela likes to spend time with her family and friends.

ANTOINETTE BERRIOS

Receptionist

Antoinette Berrios responsibilities are checking in and out patients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. 

On her free time she enjoys spending quality time with her three "amazing" children along with close family and friends. 

MARCOS HERNANDEZ

Medical Assistant

Marcos Hernandez is a Certified Medical Assistant. He received his diploma from  Everest University.
His responsibilities include taking vitals, answering patient questions, and assisting doctor.
When he is not at work he enjoys boxing and writing music.
